DOJ subpoenas Allergan's Botox marketing records

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is looking into how Allergan marketed Botox, according to a company press release.
The DOJ requested documents regarding to promotional, educational, and other activities involving Botox. The inquiry may involve questions regarding alleged off-label promotion relating to the use of Botox as a headache treatment, according to the release.
Allergan is currently involved in Phase III trials investigating Botox's use as a headache treatment.
Allergan said it plans to comply fully with the investigation.
