No need to wash, dry, or spin cycle those lab coats

What’s the difference between a long sleeve lab coat that hasn’t been washed for days and a short sleeve uniform cleaned that day? Nothing.

A study conducted at the University of Colorado found that long sleeve lab coats don’t spread more infection than short sleeve uniforms, according to CTV News. The study was prompted by a recent ban on white coats and long sleeve clothes in hospitals in the United Kingdom.
