Hand Hygiene day offers tools and a new iPhone app

On May 5, healthcare organizations around the world celebrated hand hygiene with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) “5 moments for Hand Hygiene” campaign, part of the “Save Lives: Clean Your Hands,” initiative.
Coinciding with that day was the release of iScrub, an iPhone and iPod touch application that allows healthcare organizations to effectively monitor hand hygiene compliance.
