One of the lesser-known OSHA requirements involves non-English safety training for employees who receive work instructions in a language other than English.

Most frequently this involves employees who speak Spanish, and OSHA offers the Hispanic outreach quick start to assist employers. You can also visit the Tools section of OSHA Healthcare Advisor to download a table of common English/Spanish bloodborne pathogens training terms.
