Last week on OSHA Healthcare Advisor, Kathy Rooker explained why all healthcare workers with patient contact should have a tuberculin skin test (TST).

Although OSHA does not have a TB standard, OSHA could site a medical facility under the General Duty Clause, Rooker says. An inspector could also reference the CDC TB prevention guidelines.
