You’ve probably seen a range of techniques to improve hand hygiene compliance, but none as rigorous as the policy initiated by one Pennsylvania hospital.
After initiating a number of hand hygiene improvement measures, including hand washing spies, Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA has begun punishing offenders with warnings that could ultimately cost them their job.
