In the most recent “Notes from the field” post, OSHA Healthcare Advisor blogger and safety expert Kathy Rooker reveals a recent mock OSHA inspection in which one facility was sterilizing disposable devices for reuse.
“Under no circumstances, are these instruments to be re-used! EVER,” Rooker writes on OSHA Healthcare Advisor.
