Despite what infectious disease experts expected, you won’t need two separate flu shots for protection from H1N1.

Clinical trials conducted in Australia and published in the New England Journal of Medicine indicates that “the new H1N1 swine flu vaccine protects with only one dose instead of two, so the vaccine supplies now being made will go twice as far as had been predicted,” reports The New York Times, September 11.
