Sometimes the best training involves training your eyes to recognize IC and safety hazards.
Each year the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) releases a “What’s Wrong with this Picture” cartoon that displays 25 IC and safety goofs. The cartoon serves as a light-hearted, but effective training tool for perioperative staff, IPs and safety officers.
To download the cartoon visit read “Just for laughs, what’s wrong with this picture?” blog post on OSHA Healthcare Advisor.
