DMAA, NCQA collaborate on outcomes guidelines

DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance has released a second volume of its Outcomes Guidelines Report in an effort to strengthen and build upon the principles outlined in its first volume, which focused on measuring outcomes of chronic disease management (DM) programs. The new volume of DMAA guidelines expands upon the earlier recommendations, adds to the initial process and structure recommendations, and, for the first time, provides recommendations for a full set of clinical effectiveness measures.
