OOSS provides cataract benchmarking survey
Ambulatory Surgery Reimbursement Update, October 16, 2007
The Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgery Society (OOSS) released its benchmarking ophthalmology survey October 5, according to the OOSS Web site.
The survey studied 62 opthalmic ASCs in terms of:
- Business operations activities that contribute to gross and net profit as a percentage of gross revenue
- Clinical performance, best clinical practices, and protocols
