AAASC rallies support during Washington Leadership Conference
Ambulatory Surgery Reimbursement Update, September 25, 2007
The American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (AAASC) hosted its leadership conference September 10-11 in Washington, DC that highlighted training opportunities, seminars, and more, according to the AAASC Web site.
During the second day of the conference, the organization offered more than 85 meetings for participants with their respective elected members of Congress. These participants lobbied in support of H.R. 1823, "The Ambulatory Surgical Center Medicare Payment Modernization Act of 2007," in hopes that their members of Congress would cosponsor the bill.
