OSHA tips for proper workstation height

Is your workstation the right height? OSHA makes the following recommendations:
For standing tasks, position the workstation table so that the employee's hands are slightly higher than elbow height and below shoulder level
When working with specimens, position the bench so that the hands are slightly below elbow height.
Instruct employees on how and when to adjust the workstation height
