Health Dialog purchases early-stage company

Boston-based Health Dialog Services Corporation said August 1 that it has hired the three founding partners of Crimson Health Solutions, Inc., to lead its health and wellness initiatives, and has purchased all of the intellectual property developed by Crimson in the health and wellness area. The company declined to disclose the terms of the acquisition.
