Man sentenced to home detention in hospital attack

A 42-year-old father, found guilty by a jury of attacking hospital workers after learning his 19-year-old son died of a drug overdose, was sentenced to 90 days of home detention and three and one-half years probation, the Courier-Journal of

The man's son was brought to the hospital in full cardiac arrest and died in the emergency room. The man and two other teenage sons threw furniture in the attack.
