PPV: Prepare now for security breach notification

Is your healthcare organization ready to comply with the information security breach notification statutes that are now the law in 26 states? Probably not, if you're like most. My research indicates that most healthcare organizations--and most of their lawyers--have missed these laws so far.
If you're in that group, that's a shame. You may already have had a security incident of which you should have given notice.
