Nationwide Better Health acquires vendor WellCorp

Columbus, OH-based Nationwide Better Health said last month that it has closed a deal to acquire WellCorp, Inc., a provider of health management and integrated solutions. The company did not announce terms of the acquisition. The acquisition enhances Nationwide's health promotion offerings and strengthens the company's presence in the multibillion-dollar health and productivity market, says Holly Snyder, president of Nationwide Better Health.
