CMS considers substantial revisions to ABN forms
Ambulatory Surgery Reimbursement Update, March 6, 2007
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published in the February 23 Federal Register a request for comments on its proposal to revise the advanced beneficiary notification (ABN) forms CMS-R-131-G and CMS-R-131-L.
The Federal Register notice provides instructions on the process for submitting comments.
