3M acquires SoftMed
E-Health Trend Watch, February 23, 2007
3M in St. Paul, MN, has completed its acquisition of SoftMed Systems in Silver Spring, MD, an electronic medical record systems vendor.
In November 2006, 3M announced its intention to buy the company for an undisclosed amount.
