Lockheed to acquire IT provider
E-Health Trend Watch, February 9, 2007
Lockheed Martin of Bethesda, MD, has agreed to acquire Fairfax, VA-based Management Systems Designers, an IT provider. Management Systems Designers develops IT and scientific solutions to support government and life science, national security, and other civil agency missions. The company's capabilities include a specialization in health and bioinformatics services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
