Web-based education resource launched for infection prevention measures
E-Health Trend Watch, January 2, 2007
A new online educational resource leads physicians and hospital administrators to a single source for information about hospital-acquired infection and its prevention. The site was unveiled during the annual meeting of the American Society for Anesthesiologists in Chicago by Bloomington, IN-based Cook Medical. The site provides articles, white papers, and data about nosocomial infection and focuses on the four major types of hospital-acquired infection.
