McKesson to acquire Per-Se Technologies
E-Health Trend Watch, January 2, 2007
McKesson Corporation of San Francisco and Per-Se Technologies, Inc., of Atlanta have announced that they have signed an agreement under which McKesson will acquire Per-Se. The transaction is valued at an estimated $1.8 billion. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2007.
