ActiveHealth Management launches interactive PHR
E-Health Trend Watch, December 22, 2006
ActiveHealth Management in New York City has launched an interactive personal health record (PHR) that will help users to make informed healthcare decisions. The PHR, powered by ActiveHealth's CareEngine System, will help improve healthcare quality and lower costs through interactive communication with health plan members. Users can add personal health information such as height and weight to the record. In addition, whenever a user visits a doctor, fills a prescription, or gets a lab test, the record adds the information to his or her record.
