VirtualHealth Technologies, Inc., acquires Medical Office Software
E-Health Trend Watch, December 15, 2006
VirtualHealth Technologies of Lexington, KY, has acquired Medical Office Software, Inc., (MOS) of South Florida. MOS is a medical software developer, distributor, and service company with an estimated $2 million in annual sales. VirtualHealth plans to incorporate MOS in its controlled prescription-drug monitoring program Veriscrip in addition to expanding its products and services to physicians and providers.
