HCPro Acquires QualityCare

HCPro, Inc. has continued its expansion into the long-term care education and information delivery sector by acquiring QualityCare from owners Steve and Linda Czingula. This is HCPro's fifth acquisition of 2006, after completing six publishing acquisitions in 2005. In February 2006, HCPro acquired Contemporary Long-Term Care magazine.

Founded in 1989, QualityCare publishes tools and products for documenting care and training staff in long-term care facilities. More than 4,000 nursing facilities have purchased QualityCare products.
