CMS issues Transmittal 1106 on the therapy caps

On November 9, CMS issued Transmittal 1106 to make clarifications for 2007, including the fact that currently there will be no exceptions process. Also, CMS updated the caps to $1,780 for PT and SLP combined, and $1,780 for OT--both up $40 from 2006.
