Oklahoma hospital buys out rehab facility
Rehab Private Practice Alert, November 1, 2006
The Stillwater (OK) Medical Center recently paid $925,000 to purchase Total Health Rehabilitation and Medical Fitness Center, according to The Daily O'Collegian.
The hospital had been referring most of its outpatient therapy patients to the private rehab facility because the medical center didn't have space to treat that population.
Total Health will also provide the hospital with space for a new cardiac rehab program.
