PainCare Holdings to sell stake in ASCs
Ambulatory Surgery Reimbursement Update, October 24, 2006
PainCare Holdings Inc., an Orlando-based operator of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), announced last week that it will sell its stake in six ASCs, according to a story in the Orlando Sentinel.
The sale is intended to reduce about $37.5 million in debt and allow PainCare to pursue other business ventures, according to the story.
Of the six ASCs, two are located in Florida and four are in Baltimore.
