Online community raises money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Healthcare Strategist Trend Watch, October 6, 2006
Online retailer CafePress.com says it will donate 40% of all October revenue from its Breast Cancer Donation Shop (www.cafepress.com/bca2006) to charities that fund breast cancer research and education and promote awareness of the disease. All of the items for sale were designed and donated by CafePress' customers. The fundraiser is just one of many Breast Cancer Awareness Month events taking place nationwide.
