Healthcare Strategist Trend Watch, October 6, 2006
More than 2.2 million U.S. hospital patients said their healthcare experiences were most influenced by the staff's ability to respond to their concerns and complaints, according to the results of a survey conducted by the South Bend, IN-based healthcare satisfaction measurement firm Press Ganey Associates.
The survey results showed that the other top patient satisfaction drivers were
the amount of attention paid to a patient's special or personal needs
