Perot Systems announces $80 million contract

Perot Systems Corp. in Plano, TX, has entered into an $80 million, 10-year agreement with University Physicians & Surgeons in Huntington, WV, to provide information technology and revue-cycle services. This agreement includes the implementation and operation of the Allscripts TouchWorks electronic health record for the 175-physician practice plan.
