Minnesota firms backing a technology bill for seniors

Businesses in Minnesota are backing a bill in Congress to make it easier for them to develop technology to help care for aging baby boomers. Senator Norm Coleman (R) and Representative Jim Ramstad (R) are sponsoring a bill that calls on Congress to form a 17-member committee of experts and consultants to help remove barriers that discourage businesses from developing healthcare products for the aging population.
