Stolen computer compromises personal information of Kaiser Permanente members

According to a Kaiser Permanente spokesperson, a recent computer theft from a secure office in Oakland, CA, may have compromised the personal information of approximately 160,000 Northern California Kaiser Permanente members. The computer contained files related to hearing aid services from health plan members.
