Certification Commission announces vendor certifications
E-Health Trend Watch, September 8, 2006
The Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT) in Chicago announced 20 ambulatory electronic health record products that have received its seal of approval. Two of the 20 products received conditional, premarket certification. CCHIT Chair Mark Leavitt said in a press release that a small number of products are still being tested.
