Med3000 Group acquires iLIANT Corporation
E-Health Trend Watch, July 28, 2006
Med3000 Group, a privately held healthcare management and technology company based in Pittsburgh, PA, has acquired iLIANT Corp. of Tampa, FL, a provider of software, business outsourcing, and consulting services for physician practices and emergency-service providers.
The combined company is expected to generate more than $75 million in revenue and serve more than 7,000 physicians nationwide.
