ACHCA members can receive discount on insurance

The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) and the Lighthouse Companies recently announced a new program that offers personal liability insurance for nursing home administrators who are working as employees at facilities that have their own insurance coverage. The supplement, named VitalCare, covers administrators for as much as $1 million in monetary damages arising from suits, civil action, proceedings, arbitration, mediation, and demand.
