WebMD to acquire wellness-information firm
E-Health Trend Watch, July 7, 2006
WebMD Health Corp. has agreed to buy Summex Health Management, developer of health risk-assessment and coaching programs for the Web. The deal is worth $30 million. The price could rise by $10 million over two years if certain targets are reached.
