Ovid Technologies receives certification from BenchmarkPortal
E-Health Trend Watch, May 12, 2006
The North and South American Technical Services team at Ovid Technologies has received certification as a "Center of Excellence" from BenchmarkPortal, which is the largest database of best practice metrics in the world. Only 10% of companies that apply for certification are approved. Ovid now joins Dell, Microsoft, and Broadview in this honor.
Ovid was audited based on customer satisfaction, service-level standards, resources, employee training, leadership, process management, and operational efficiency.
