- Stand-alone prescription drug plan-8.1 million
- Medicare Advantage with prescription drugs-5.8 million
- Medicare-Medicaid (automatically enrolled)-5.8 million
- Medicare retiree drug subsidy-6.8 million
- Federal retiree coverage-3.5 million
- Other sources, including Veteran's Administration coverage-5.8 million
