New Mexico to adopt SumTotal learning management system
E-Health Trend Watch, April 7, 2006
New Mexico's health department plans to use a statewide Internet-based learning management system to assess the competencies of 100,000 health and medical professionals in the state. The state will use software by SumTotal Systems to analyze and track work force competencies and deliver learning content. It will allow state officials to deliver professional content and track what participants learn. Managers will also be able to track employees to determine who has completed training and who needs more training.
