Healthcare sites score well in content
Healthcare Strategist Trend Watch, April 7, 2006
Healthcare Web sites are strong in content, but could be more innovative, according to a report by the Boston, MA-based Web Marketing Association, sponsor of the annual WebAward competition. Based on data collected from nearly 10,000 Web sites in more than 80 industries over the past 10 years, the report found that healthcare Web sites met or performed just below the overall three-year averages in design, innovation, technology, interactivity, and ease of use. They did slightly better than average in the areas of content and copywriting.
