AAFP develops tools to aid PVRP
Physician Practice Advisor, April 5, 2006
The AAFP offers the following resources for assisting physicians participating in the program:
- a data collection sheet, which is a one-page checklist that can be used at the time of patient care and incorporates the PVRP's quality measures
- an information sheet designed to help coders and billing personnel select the appropriate G codes
- instructions on how to introduce the tools into the practice's office workflow
