Physical therapy available by MP3
Rehab Private Practice Alert, March 29, 2006
Physical therapy continues to grow along with technology as therapists can now help patients perform exercises at home with the use of an MP3 player, reported the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
Austin, TX, physical therapists Doug Kelsey and Christine Springer created a podcast that offers injury prevention tips, motivation, and exercise instruction.
Listeners can download the podcast onto video MP3 players and watch the routine while they perform therapy in their home or at a gym.
Patients and therapists can download Kelsey and Springer's podcast at readyradio.com.
