The National Institute for Medical Informatics deploys clinical information system
E-Health Trend Watch, March 17, 2006
The National Institute for Medical Informatics has designed, built, and deployed a real-time clinical information system called Azyxxi. The system maintains all clinical information for all inpatients and outpatients across seven hospitals. In less than a quarter of a second, the system can show current and prior lab results, x-ray images and readings, cardiac angiograms, and various other tasks for a single patient.
