BlueCross BlueShield launches Medicare Part D Web portal
E-Health Trend Watch, February 24, 2006
The BlueCross BlueShield Association launched a one-stop Web portal to provide information about and market 29 member plans' Medicare Part D drug programs and Medicare Advantage HMOs. The site offers seniors, their family members, and caregivers access to information about the Medicare Part D drug benefit and news about Medicare and Medicare Advantage. The site also includes a plan finder that links to Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans serving the user's communities.
