Nursing home residents sue new owners

A group of Iowa nursing home residents filed a lawsuit against the new owners of their facility and requested the sale voided, reported the Associated Press. The residents allege the three businessmen who took over the facility and the non-profit charity that runs it five months ago have used charitable funds for their own financial gains. Financial records show the charity was $630,000 deeper in debt this summer than it was the previous summer, according to AP.
