APIC summit to discuss future of IC
Infection Control Monitor, October 15, 2004
Leaders of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) will meet next month to identify important themes and potential challenges in the area of infection control.
The summit November 11-12 in San Diego will bring together leaders in healthcare, academia, government, and nonprofits to discuss the future of infection prevention and control and how they can meet the existing and emerging demands on their expertise and service.
APIC plans to publish highlights from the summit that will be used as a foundation for its strategic approach for the next three to five years.
