Check out these upcoming hospital security seminars

Two chapters of the International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety will host seminars in the upcoming weeks.
The Detroit chapter will host a dinner meeting on Thursday, October 21, at the Detroit Yacht Club. The featured speaker is Bonnie Michelman, director of police and security services at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Michelman will speak about hospital security challenges and the 2004 Democratic National Convention. The meeting cost is $35 per person, which includes dinner.
The Boston chapter will meet on Thursday, November 4, at the Massachusetts General Hospital to discuss complex security issues in a healthcare environment. The seminar cost is $95 per person, which includes a lunch and discount parking.
