Members can track their health online with BCBS’s BluePrint program
EHR Connection, October 5, 2004
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota members will be able to assess and track their health online and receive financial rewards for following personalized health plans, reports the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
The BluePrint program, slated to begin in January, allows users to complete an online health assessment and then receive a customized Web page, meal and fitness plans, a program scorecard, and weekly e-mail reminders, as well as customized performance tracking plans, says the report.
