EHR Connection, September 27, 2004
Bridges to Excellence, a coalition of eight large national companies is sponsoring the Physician Office Link program, paying docs to adopt certain EHR systems.
The program will pay the practice up to $50 per qualified patient in practices that have already implemented electronic systems that manage care for all patients.
Participating physicians in Boston received their first payments, the largest check- for almost $40,000-went to Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates totaling near $40,000, reports the coalition.
